DorCino accounts are not guarenteed to be permanent.
Thus, every now and then major changes may need to be
done to the site that requires deleting all user accounts. You will need
to create a new account after such an event occurs. Please understand that this
is not an indications of doing something wrong (or a bug).
However, It is very rare that accounts will need to be deleted.
Most updates to DorCino do not require accounts to be deleted.
In the event of a major update, PrimeTime accounts
will be re-created and set to the initial money value (**).
|
| 3) |
The site may go up and down at any time (without notice) for an update. When
this happens, you will not be able to play and should try back in a few hours (or maybe
the next day). PrimeTime users, please see the system down regulation below.
|
| 4) |
Because the system is run on standard computer hardware, data may get corrupted due to
random hardware or software glitches. If such a event happens, your account will
become corrupt and un-usable. If it was a regular account, DorCino administrators will
delete the account and you will need to re-create it. If your account was a PrimeTime account,
DorCino administrators will try to recover the user account. If a recovery is not possible,
they will re-create the account with initial money values (**).
|
| 5) |
Although the Top-10 feature is implemented, it can be reset and erased at any time.
Do not complain if you were number one and then the Top-10 list was reset due
to a update. Once again, this is very rare.
|
| 6) |
Some parts of the site will say "Coming Soon". Please honor that and do not post
messages in the support/help bases asking when they will be done.
|
| 7) |
Do not e-mail Doron (or other site admins) for bug reports; use the support/help pages.
If there is a major problem that can not be resolved via the support/help pages, DorCino
administrators will contact you via e-mail to help you out. Make sure that the
e-mail address you put in the support/help pages is correct. If the e-mail address is
incorrect, DorCino administrators will be unable to track you down and assist you.
|
| 8) |
Due to the nature of the Internet, DorCino can not guarantee the speed and reliability
of the connection. This applies more to PrimeTime accounts which are allowed
to enter during busy times. DorCino can not assure any users, including PrimeTime users,
a fast or reliable connection at any time. DorCino cannot
even guarentee that you will be able to connect to our
servers at any time.
This is due to
the way the internet is setup and outside of the DorCino administrator's domain of
control.
|
| 9) |
DorCino can not guarantee that the system will be up during a user's PrimeTime
period. This may be due to site updates or hardware issues regarding the system.
If the site is down for a long time (over two days), PrimeTime users will
be reimbursed with more PrimeTime days to make up for the downtime. When the
days will be reimbursed as well as how many, is determined by DorCino Administrators
after the down time period. If the downtime is not the fault of DorCino but rather
of other Internet resources or providers, then DorCino will not re-issue more
PrimeTime days to it's users. If the incident is DorCino's fault or not will be
determined by DorCino administrators.
|
| 10) |
Regular accounts on DorCino automatically expire (delete) after ten days of inactivity
or after one day if there is $10000 or less in the account. PrimeTime accounts will
be automatically be converted to regular accounts once the PrimeTime period is over
and will then be subject to the expiration rules stated previously for regular accounts.
NOTE: PrimeTime account time will be used up regardless or whether or not
you use your account. DorCino administrators cannot stop the expiration of account time
for any reason (vacation or otherwise.)
|
| 11) |
All DorCino accounts are reset back to the initial money values (**)
at the start of each month.
|
| 12) |
If a bug is found, you are asked (not required) to enter it in the support/help
message areas so that it can be looked into and fixed. From the main menu of the
site, you will see a option for Help Area. Please use that to
read/post errors found. (NOTE: Please post something only once and ensure
that it was not already posted by somewhere else.)
|
| 13) |
DorCino provides support/help via the Support HelpDesk only, available via the Help Area option
on the main casino page. Support questions can only be
sent in US-English, and when/if they will be answered is determined by DorCino
administrators. (If a E-Mail is not answered it is most likely due to a bad e-mail
address or the question is already answered in the HelpDesk.)
