Till this bug is fixed you can try the following for the HTML games:
| 1) | Report this to Microsoft @ http://www.microsoft.com/IESupport/.
(The more people that tell them of this, the better chance there is they will listen) |
| 2) | Use the Win95 Resource Meter to monitor your memory and exit/reload MSIE before
it gets to a state where it crashes. To do this run the Resource Meter from
Start Menu->Accessories->System Tools. A little
bar graph will appear on your task-bar. If you do not have Resource Meter
installed go to Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs->
Windows Setup Tab->Click on Accessories->Click on Details
->Go down the list and make sure System Resource Meter is checked, then
hit OK->and OK.
Keep playing the games and watching the resource meter. Once it falls below two green lines, shut-down Internet Explorer and wait about half a minute till all the memory is released. Then you should get back the green bars. Now re-load Internet Explorer and keep playing, and watching and restarting MSIE as needed. |
| 3) | Use NetScape for the HTML games and MSIE for the Java Games. |
