When this appears it means that the username specified is not found on the system. It can be due to different reasons:

When this appears it means that the password specified is not correct for the UserName specified. This error can occur do to:

NOTE: If you forgot your PassWord, DorCino administrators can not recover it for you. DorCino uses one-way encryption to store passwords and even administrators can not find out what it is. If you did forgot your password just go to the apply page and make a new account, your old account will expire eventually (expire explained in another question
above).

When this appears it means that the account for the specified UserName has expired. This error can occur do to:

DorCino accounts expire based upon the following conditions:

NOTE: After a monthly reset (explained in the
TOP-10/RESET section of the HelpDesk) your account goes back to less then $10000, and may be deleted then via reason #1.

NOTE 2: If you account was just a PrimeTime account that got converted back to a GUEST account, then reason #1 does not apply to your account until a new one is created with that same UserName. This is done in case you had money in your NON-RESET bankroll that you wish to use again, by re-adding more PrimeTime days to your account.

If your account expired just go to the apply-page and re-create your account.

WEBTV USERS: On the login page (where the problem is), on your remote control click the OPTIONS button, then select the RELOAD/REFRESH button from the on-screen menu.

NON-WEBTV USERS: Hit the RELOAD/REFRESH button on the login page (where the problem is), if this does not help try clearing your disk and memory caches, then re-starting the browser.
